When will my order ship?

All orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. This does not include Sundays or national holidays. We work hard to provide exceptionally fast shipping because we here at Chief Chain believe in exceptional customer service. 

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping within the United States. For international orders, the cost of shipping is calculated by weight and location.

Once my order has shipped how long until I receive it?

Orders going to a United States address typically arrive within 2-5 days business days. International orders tend to arrive within 1-3 weeks.

Will this jewelry irritate my skin or cause a rash?

Our jewelry is made of high grade stainless steel. We insure that our products do not contain nickel or copper. These materials can cause your skin to turn green or cause irritation. We inspect each and every product that we intend to sell on the site to ensure that it meets our high standards and exceeds your expectations. Order with confidence.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, your shipping information is immediately sent to our shipping team for processing. We encourage you to please make sure you are satisfied with your purchase before ordering. All sales are final.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, all sales are final. Here at Chief Chain we stand by our products and guarantee your order will be free of any and all manufacturer defects.
